He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bullinger and Nancy Bullinger; his brother Jerry Bullinger; and his granddaughter Jasmine Sanchez. He is survived by: his wife Linda Bullinger (Christie); and his children, Jeremy Bullinger (Amber), Justin Emmons and Jessica Sanchez (Jason). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
