He was predeceased by: his parents, John Winfield Blackburn and Betty Lou Griffith Blackburn. He is survived by: his children, Christine Kelly, Kelly Garlock, Gregory Blackburn and Jonathan Blackburn; his brothers, John Blackburn and Gary Blackburn; and his grandchildren, Evelyn, Emma, Hailey and Weston. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
