He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren J. Forsythe and Grace May Forsythe (Tobias); his brother Alan Forsythe; and his pet Miss Patton. He is survived by: his wife Annette Forsythe; his sons, Christopher Forsythe, Jason Byrd (Lacey) and Brandon Allen; his daughter-in-law Laura Forsythe; and his grandchildren, Natalie Forsythe, Liliana Forsythe, Jace Forsythe, Joleen Byrd, Jerren Byrd and Jemma Byrd. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
