He was predeceased by: his parents, Elisio Morales and Candalaria Morales; and his wife Josephine Morales. He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Valencia (Robert), Georgina Morales (Henry Gomez), Elicio V. Morales III (Virginia) and Javier Martinez (Alma); and his grandchildren, Robert Valencia, Jr., Eddie Morales, Michael Morales, Raquel Morales, Andrea Torres, Bridget Gutierrez, Jimena and Allen. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
