He is survived by: his wife Lily Jo Hartt; his daughters, Donna Glover (Wynn), Rhonda Embry (Michael) and Janis Green (Jerry); his siblings, Ada Gayle Scovel and Richard Lynn Hartt; his grandchildren, Carrie Jo Carreno (Alejandro), Brandon Michael Embry, Dayna Marie Green, Amanda Jo Green and Jerry Roger Green, Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Dharma Marie Baker, Hanna Leia Gonzales, Nicholas Matthew Gonzales, Amber Gandy, Kyle Keeton, Brandon Wilburn, Aaron Jones, Brice Batson, Kayli West and Hunter Green. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
