He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Samuel Slaman and Laura Frieda Louise Slaman (Gerike). He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Christine Spiro (Shaun) and Tony Slaman (Linda); his grandson Alex Slaman; and his brothers, Bill Slaman and Joe Slaman.
