She was predeceased by: her father Earl Malkie; her grandparents, James, Ruby Tomlinson, Sr. and Matilda Malkie; and her uncles, Richard Sargent, Jay Tomlinson, Jr. and Cryssi.

She is survived by: her mother Ann Tomlinson-Malkie; her sister Heather Malkie; her uncles, Carl (Joan Malkie), Gary (Janis Sargent) and Darrell (Catherine Sargent); and her aunt Joanne Sargent.
