He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wynona Evelyn Joplin (Dixon) of Lubbock and Bobby Wayne Joplin; his wife Mitzi Taylor; his sons, Stormy Joplin (Lyndie) of Lubbock and Dusty Joplin (Robyn) of Levelland; his grandchildren, Savannah and Jordan Joplin; his nephew Wes Joplin (Say) of Spur; his niece Jenna Phillips (Justin) of Dumas; his brothers, Anthony and Barry Joplin; and his niece Ashley Usery. He was also cherished by his family, all animals and supported the Haven Animal.
