He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade, Sr. Oliphant and Evie Lou Oliphant; and his grandparents, Caszie, Addie Oliphant and Lonnie May Holmes.
He is survived by: his wife Avelis Oliphant; his children, Pshana Bailey (Kevin), Monique Bell (Troy), Wasonja Oliphant and Wade Oliphant (Anita); his siblings, Addie Runner, Caszie Oliphant (Belinda), Freddie Oliphant, Janette Edwards (Larry), Inita Oliphant (Aaron), Ronnie Oliphant (Delores), Ilene Turner (Arnold), Marvin Oliphant Stephen Oliphant (Curnisha), Anna Beasley and Jimmy Paul Bell (Angela); his grandchildren, Michael, Miguel, Matthew, Anyia, Jaylan, Jordyn and Ayden; his great grandchildren, Jermaine and Olivia; and his friend Barbara Burton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members and friends.
