He is survived by: his mother Jeannette Marie Leazott (Trahan) of Pasadena, TX; his wife Patsy Leazott of Diboll; his daughter Christy; his son-in-law Chad Kosina of Lufkin; his son Richard Leazott III; his daughter-in-law Abigail Leazott of Canton, Ohio; his son Eric Leazott of Diboll; his grandchildren, Dustyn Leazott of Lufkin, Tyler Kosina of Lufkin, Samantha Kosina of Lufkin and Brayleigh Leazott of Lufkin; his great grandchild Aria Kosina of San Augustine, TX; his sister Debbie; his brother-in-law Eddie Rozelle of Pasadena, TX; his brother David; his sister-in-law Monica Leazott of Massachusetts; his brother Joey; his sister-in-law Jody Leazott of Massachusetts; his brother Ronnie; his sister-in-law Angie Leazott of Channelview, TX; and his brother Steve Leazott of Pasadena, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
