She was predeceased by: her husband Dewitt; her great grandchild Macy Fridell; and her half-sisters, Maurine Francis and Jane Whittington. She is survived by: her children, Peggy LaVerne Wilkins of Houston, Betty Ann Fridell of Diboll, Bobbie Joyce Burnett (Sterling) of Houston and George Wayne Wilkerson (Kathy) of Houston. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
