She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Childers and Mattie Childers (Latham); her daughter Jeanette Weeks Harris; and her brothers, Raymond "Fayne" Childers and Royce Childers.

She is survived by: her husband Pete Weeks; her son David; her daughter-in-law Sherri Weeks of Hudson, Texas; her grandchildren, Dustin Weeks (Penni) of Diboll, Brandon Weeks (Alana) of Woodville, Maddie Rolando (Doug) of Houston and Courtney Reeves (Tyler) of Fort Worth, Texas; her great grandchildren, Aiden Weeks, Hadley Rolando, Pete Weeks, Riley Rolando, Paul Weeks and Nora Reeves; her sister Diane Shewmaker of Canton, Texas; her sister-in-law Dorothy Childers of Emory, Texas; and her son-in-law John Harris of Fort Worth. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
