She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Woodrome and Rachel Kraus Woodrome of Chester, Texas.; her husband Burlon Wilkerson; her sister Sibyl; and her brother-in-law Rae Trammell of Chester.

She is survived by: her children, Trey Wilkerson and Michele Wilkerson of Diboll; her grandchildren, Annabeth and Ryan; her children, Dr. Krista Wilkerson of San Antonio, Melanie and Greg Blakeslee of Marquez; her grandchildren, Jake, Neely, Jessica and Jamie; her brother Don; and her sister-in-law Sadie Woodrome of Chester. She is also survived by children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
