He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Luella Triplett and Morris Rhone, Sr.; his wife Marva Cluff Rhone; his daughters, Delonda Rhone, Marvetta Rhone Anderson (Dante) and Judy Coleman Harris (Lonnie); his sisters, Joanne Rhone, Khalilah Rhone Hasan (Bilal) and Lucille Rhone Montgomery (R. C.); and his sister-in-law Elnor Newton. He was also cherished by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
