He is survived by: his children, James Owens (Cheryl) of Houston, TX, Larry Owens (Cory) of Warren, TX, Darrell Owens (Jessica) of Kingwood, TX and Krista Owens Thompson (Jason) of Lufkin, TX; his siblings, Dock Randall Owens (Barbara), Lois Sullivan Bryan (Lloyd), Donald Owens (Kathy) and Charles Owens (Sandra); his grandchildren, Robert Owens, Misty Thornton, Jonathan Owens, Stacy Polasek, Courtney Salazar, Mason Conner, Crystal Embury, Genevieve Purifoy, William Owens, Savannah Owens, Trystan Welch, Chance Welch and Cameron Ramirez; and his great grandchildren, Kyleigh Thornton, Caden Thornton, Gavin Owens, Joy Owens, Peyton Polasek, Kendra Ivie, Rylie Salazar and Kade Salazar. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
