He was predeceased by: his father Joe Curtis Nettles. He is survived by: his mother Mary Jean Nettles (Sawyer); his sister Ladonna; his brother-in-law David Garza; his nieces, Alyssa and Arianna Garza; his uncle Bill; his aunt Peggy Terry; his cousins, Jerry and Julie Terry; his aunt Pam Nettles; his cousin Laura Nettles; and his pet Sophie.
