She was predeceased by: her parents, Minnie Ruby (Moore) and Clarence Lee Capps; her children, Jerry Rowland and Allishia Moseley; her brothers, Willie Capps and Charles Bronson; and her close friend Billy F. Lee.
She is survived by: her children, Jessica Moseley, Dorinda Bozeman, Deidra Lee, Terry Rowland, Matthew Moseley and Jeffery Moseley; her grandchildren, Brandon (Shelly Bozeman), Chase (Chrissie Bozeman), Justin (Chelsea Bozeman), Hannah Bozeman (Patrick Chambers), Brandi (Chris Lehman), Vanessa (Skye Rowland), Tess Rowland (Ashley), Jason Dennis (Lisa Rowland), Calvin Rowland (Amanda Capps) and Krissy Capps (Victor Lee); and her brother Greg Capps. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Carroway Funeral Home (2704 S John Redditt Dr, Lufkin, TX 75904). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
