He is survived by: his father Stacy Cooke (Ann); his wife Laura Cooke; his children, Mac Cooke (Kristen) of Conway, Marcus Cooke (Tiffany) of Fayetteville and Sarah Terry (Patrick) of Springdale; his grandchildren, Maren and Rowan; and his siblings, Anne Christian, Carol Mettlen (Jimmy) and Kyle Cooke (Ginger). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
