She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora C. Collins and Ruth Collins (Surles). She is survived by: her husband William Tipton of Diboll, Texas; her children, Jennifer Tipton of Denham Springs, Louisiana, Jessica Tipton of Round Rock, Texas and Joshua; her daughter-in-law Heather Tipton of Round Rock, Texas; and her grandchildren, Ryan Tipton of Denham Springs, Louisiana, Cailynn Ruth Tipton of Round Rock, Texas and Cooper Tipton of Round Rock, Texas. She is also survived by numerous other friends and relatives.
