J.) and Gladys Massingill (Whitehead); his wife Faith Massingill of Diboll; his children, John Massingill of Lufkin and Robin Hooks (Doug) of Hudson; his siblings, Travis Massingill (Betty) of Weatherford, Jay Massingill (Loisann) of Weatherford, Artie Nixon of Diboll and Doreen Weisinger of Lufkin; his sister-in-law Sarah Massingill; his grandchildren, Cheyenne, Alyssa, Keirra and Matthew; his siblings, Burl, Ernest Massingill and Joyce Massingill; and his son Joshua Massingill. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
