He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hunter Fenley and Mary Ethel Smith Fenley; his siblings, Mary, Marie, Nita and Dot; and his son Richard Glenn Fenley.
He is survived by: his former wife Virginia Fenley (Ginger); his son-in-law Lori Ann Fenley; his great grandchildren, Annasophia, Jozlyn, Kaydence, Tony and Lillyonna; his niece Charlotte Longino; and also, Kellie Fenley, Kimberly Buckley and Lynn Buckley.
