He is survived by: his wife Lona Kinney of Sweetwater; his daughter Lori Kinsey (Ted) of Sweetwater; his grandchildren, Brianne Kinsey of San Angelo and Creed Kinsey (Brooke) of San Angelo; and his sister Gay Storch of Oklahoma City.
