He is survived by: his wife Maria Ana Reyes of Diboll; his daughter Mitzy; his son-in-law Saul Serrano of Houston; his grandson Daniel Serrano of Houston; his sister-in-law Maria Elena (Daniel Torres); and his nieces and nephews, Maggie (James Goodson), Elvis Torres, Daniel Torres Jr. (Saray), Marlena (Kirk Johnson) and Noemi Torres. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, extended family.
