He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Henry Powell and Rachel Cleo Powell; his grandfather PawPaw; his pet Ginger; his wife Patricia; his children, Christy Scott (Greg), Randy Powell and Cindy Dragisic (Robert); his grandchildren, Lindsey Reynolds Poenisch, Brant Day, Robert Powell, Ryne Powell, Ross Powell, Tyler Haldren and Kynlee Haldren; his son Robert Steven; and his brothers, Douglas and Gary Dean Powell, Sr.. He was also cherished by eleven great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
In lieu of floral offerings, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
