We are sad to announce that on November 4, 2019, at the age of 38, Jason Edward Hawkins (Diana, Texas), born in Longview, Texas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jason Edward Hawkins to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Russel and Connie Gowen; his grandmother Rae Gowen; and his brother Jeremy Wayne Hawkins. He is survived by: his pet Rip; his parents, Donald Hawkins and Kathy Hawkins; his grandparents, Gerry, Naomi Hawkins, Larry and Carolyn Hawkins; and his siblings, Jena Lee Elizabeth Hawkins and Jonathan Alan Smith. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers a memorial will be set up in memory of Jason.
