She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Dwight and Essie Mae Martin (Meador); her daughter Angela Dawn Vines; her brother John Edward Meador; her sister-in-law Cathy Vines; her grandson Norman Steiniger; and her brother-in-law James Teeas.
She is survived by: her husband James Vines; her children, Crystal Steiniger (Danny) of Harleton, Ida Vines of Lubbock and Cory Vines (Andrea) of Diana; her brother David Meador (Cathy) of Eldorado; and her siblings-in-law, Rita Meador of Eldorado, David Vines of Longview, Priscilla Teeas of Hallsville, Steven and Jeri Vines of El Paso. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
