He was predeceased by: the mother of his children Ima Jean Williams Hodges; his wife Mary McDaniel Tyler Hodges; and his children, Diane Elizabeth Hodges Cooper, James Allen Hodges and Larry Hodges.
He is survived by: his daughter Janet Hodges Phillips (Hank); his granddaughter Jennifer; and his son Garry Lee Hodges (Shelly Hodges). He is also survived by Great Great Grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
