He was predeceased by: his parents, George Richard Reed, Sr and Mary May Finley Reed; his son George Reed, III; and his sister Louise Burlingham. He is survived by: his spouse Bertha Ann Henry; his children, Curtis Reed, Watson Reed and Lisa Hiles; his son-in-law Dave Hiles; his grandchildren, Joshua Reed, Cory Hiles and Chase Hiles; and his siblings, Frank Reed, Helen Freer and Cherry Love. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
