It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvira Mary Rothe Carle of D'Hanis, Texas, who passed away on October 21, 2022, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Rothe and Selma Koch Rothe; her husband Lawrence J. Carle; her daughters, Carolyn Ney and Terry Schueling; and her son-in-law Joe Langfeld.
She is survived by: her children, Joan Langfeld, Sandy McGehee (David) of D'Hanis, Rothe J. Carle of Hondo and Mike A. Carle (Ellen) of San Antonio; and her son-in-law Thomas R. Schueling. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Memorials may be made to the Holy Cross Catholic Church.
