He was predeceased by: his wife Adelina Del Toro Pargas; and his siblings, Olivia Pargas, Seniado, Eluterio, Ramon and Ernesto.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia "Patsy" Ybarra of D'Hanis, Joyce Marie Rivera (Enrique) of D'Hanis, Deborah "Debbie" Rodriguez of San Antonio, Fred Pargas (Jessica) of Hondo and Joseph "Joey" Pargas of Hondo; and his siblings, Santiago "Jimmy" Pargas of Roswell, NM and Maria Tovar of San Antonio. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
