He is survived by: his wife Carol Baker; his children, John Portis, Troy Portis, Melissa Sanchez, Wesley Barlow, Justin Barlow and Starlet Barlow; and his brother James Barlow. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (1303 Ave M, Hondo, TX 78861). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at the Holy Cross Cemetery.
