He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Twitchell Dale and Thelma Ozell Bilhartz Dale; his fathers-in-law, Homer Floerke and Jim Beck; his brother James David Dale; and his brothers-in-law, Mark and Kent Floerke.
He is survived by: his wife Denise Floerke Dale; his children, Eric Dale and Beth Tondre (Jeff); his grandchildren, Kinsley and Kylie Tondre; his siblings, A. T. Dale (Patti), Gaynelle Sutherland (B. G.) and Deborah Brown (Milton); his mother-in-law Emily Beck; and his siblings-in-law, George Floerke, Dorothy Floerke, Mary Bernal and Lois "Jo" Floerke.
