He is survived by: his wife Lora Neuman Garrison; his son Lance Fabian Garrison (Megan); his stepsons, Donnie Woodbury and Dustin Woodbury (Ester); his grandchildren, Jackson, Eli Allen, Jayce, Addie, Arly Woodbury, Brooke and Conor Woodbury; and his sister Marcy Rothe.

Memorials may be made to the church.
