He was predeceased by: his parents, Willa Lee Glawson and John Calvin Bickham; his siblings, Beamon Bickham, Horace Bickham, Riley Bickham, LeRoy Bickham, Mallie Bickham, Calvin "Red" Bickham and Johnnie Lee Smith; and his great grandchild Lakyn Rae McKinney.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly Bickham (Robin), Cade Bickham, Laura Toney (John) and Todd Bickham (Melissa). He is also survived by his loving children, he leaves behind 11 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
