He was predeceased by: his grandfather Sam Garrett; and his sister-in-law Stephanie Garrett. He is survived by: his wife Crystal Garrett; his children, Dyllan Garrett, Jessica Taylor, Wyatt Garrett and Dakota Dickman; his granddaughters, Wendy and Kayla; his parents, David Allen Garrett Sr. and Susan Garrett; his siblings, Terry Garrett (Kelsey) and Mark Garrett (Khristina); and his grandmother Waldean Garrett. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
