It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Rose Wheeler (Deweyville, Texas), born in Clayton, New Mexico, who passed away on July 15, 2018, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Sandoval and Helen Sandoval; her siblings, Joey Sandoval, Sophie Martinez, Benny Martinez and Christina Maxwell; her son Justin B. West; and also Dixie Reba Wheeler.
She is survived by: her children, Jason West, Jeremy West (Mandi Erler), Amber Colleen McKibbin (Yancy McKibbin), Heather Nichole Wheeler (David Lee Rollinson), Daisy Wheeler and Sprite Wheeler; her grandchildren, Matthew West, Charli West, Yancy Dillan McKibbin, Gavyn Gene McKibbin and Colin Leonard McKibbin; her siblings, Janie Witt (Danny) and Nick Martinez; her brother-in-law Larry Maxwell; and her nieces and nephews, Christopher Maxwell, Lyla Lynn, Joseph Maxwell, Tina Strickland and Kristi Kerzee.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to any local food banks, the Humane Society, or the Special Olympics.
