It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rachel Rendon of Devine, Texas, born in Pleasanton, Texas, who passed away on January 7, 2021, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Armando Manuel Rendon, Sr.; and her grandmother Lucia Rizo. She is survived by: her mother Alicia Rizo Rendon (Rizo); her husband Ronnie Whitehead of Devine, Texas; her daughter Courtney J. Zachry (Troy Zachry) of Devine, Texas; her grandchildren, Anthony Alaniz, Bradley Zachry and Westley Zachry; her siblings, Johnny Joe Rendon (Maria Rendon), Armando Rendon, Jr. (Florinda Santos) and Marchel Gonzales (Manuel Lopez); and her nieces and nephews, Johnny Joe Rendon, Michael Santos (TJ), Macros "Markie" Rendon Christian Rendon (Natalia), Menna Rendon and Azalea Rendon.
Due to the new Executive Order from Governor Abbott, we are asking that everyone wear a mask during all funeral services.
