He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Zabel; his mother Mary Louine Dalton; and his siblings, Zora Anderson, Janet King and Ed Zabel.
He is survived by: his daughters, Valerie Jeanne Meadows (Robert), Sarah Zabel, Mary Zabel and Susan Cheval (Regis); his grandchildren, Richard Meadows, Debra Meadows and Nicholas Gentry; his great grandchild Myka Meadows; and his sister Linda Marsten. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
