He is survived by: his wife Mary Oster of Victoria, Texas; his children, Jason Oster of Victoria, Texas and Carol Neuman (Larry) of Devine, Texas; his brother Donald Ostrowski (Florence) of St. Hedwig, Texas; his grandchildren, Lacey Rodriguez (Kenneth), Shelley Neuman, Holley Stuart (Jesse) and Daphne Johnson (Grant); and his great grandchildren, Cassius, Karlee, Kensley, Abby, Noah, Avery, Thomas and Tate.
