He is survived by: his wife Debra Briscoe of Devine, Texas; his children, Casey (Brittany Briscoe) of Lytle, Texas and Carly Parson (Chad) of Devine, Texas; his brother Ray Briscoe (Lura) of Three Rivers, Texas; and his grandchildren, Casen Briscoe of Lytle, Texas, Harper, Yancey and Briar Parson of Devine.
