He was predeceased by: his parents, Federico Pena and Consuelo Pena (Perez). He is survived by: his wife Hilda Pena; his children, Heriberto Pena, Jr. (Victoria), Federico Pena, Antonio Pena (Janet) and Ruby Pena; and his grandchildren, Preston Pena, Sage Pena, Cielo Pena and Antonio Pena. He is also survived by two brothers; three sisters.
