He is survived by: his daughters, Jana Whitley and Peggy Susan Hooker; his brother Bobby Hooker; his grandchildren, Chianti Harkins, Amanda Curiel, Anthony "Bubba" Bollman, Ashli Gentry, Ross Gentry, Allen Gentry, Hayden Hooker, Harley Hooker, James Gentry and Joshua Gentry; and his great grandchildren, Joey Sequin, Trace Sequin, Brooklin Joseph, Celeta Harkins, Lucas Harkins, Tiffany Gregory, Avery Bollman, Vivian Gregory, Liam Gentry, Maverick Bollman, Logan Gentry and Allen Gentry.
