She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Merced and Maria Petra Rodriguez; and her siblings, Jose Luis Rodriguez and Romelia R. Garza. She is survived by: her husband Benito Morales; her son Luis Rodriguez (Martha); her grandchildren, Diana M. Rodriguez and Lazaro Rodriguez; her siblings, Jesus, Arlina, Berta Rodriguez and Lulu Benitez (Joe); and her sister-in-law Elsa Rodriguez. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Rose Garden Funeral Home (2102 US-83, Zapata, TX 78076). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
