She was predeceased by: her husband Ascension C. Ortiz; her daughter Jessica Ortiz; and her sisters, Juanita Costa and Lydia Vera. She is survived by: her children, Carlo Antonio Ortiz, Paul Ortiz, Ascension Ortiz, Jr., Thomas Ortiz, Alma O. Ortiz, Mary Ann Pedroza and Amalia Sarabia; and her siblings, Gustavo Ozuna and Manuelita Ozuna. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 56 great grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren.
