It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betsy Tallent of Devers, Texas, born in Big Lake, Texas, who passed away on August 19, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Gene and Mae LaDellle Richardson Harris. She is survived by: her husband Donald; her children, Sherry Cessna (Steve) of Sealy and James Tallent (Yamilly Valdez) of Devers; her grandchildren, Colby Tallent of Graham, Elizabeth Roush of Sealy, Emma Tallent of Devers, Kyle Tallent of Devers, Logan Tallent of Devers, Jorge Esparza, Jr. of Devers, Savannah Lopez (Jared) of Wharton and Lorelei Cessna of Sealy; her siblings, Donna Miller (Danny) of Plainview, Ronald Harris (Linda) of Chandler, Lavinia Attaway (Greg) of Jacksonville, Susan Bloom (Doug) of Stuttgart and Stephen Harris (Rhonda) of Dewitt, Arkansas; and her aunt Glenda Riley of Deer Park. She is also survived by her numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
