He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Emmitt Moore and Imogene Fogleman Moore; his daughter Rachel Moore; his sister Sandra Gene Moore; his nieces, Amy and Tracy Moore; his great-niece Kellie Moore Smallwood; his wife Andrea Bray Moore of Detroit; his stepdaughter Brailey Berryhill of Detroit; his daughter Melinda Davis of Mississippi; his brothers, Garry Moore (Carol) of Gilmer and Blaine Moore of Gilmer; and his nephew Ricky Dale Moore (Monica) of Gilmer.
