He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Briscoe and Mary Catherine Carroll Briscoe; his wives, Annette Anderson Briscoe and Martha Thomas Briscoe; his son-in-law Johnny Meredith; and his siblings, Dorothy Lou Briscoe, James Briscoe, Jolene Stellpflug, Billy Jack Briscoe and Scott Briscoe.
He is survived by: his children, Robbin Yvette Hamilton (Shawn), Robert Rodney Briscoe (Shauna), Connie Meredith, Lisa Merritt Follmar (Ricky), Jackie Wayne, Barbara, Marilyn and Roy. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren & great grandchildren and many nieces & nephews along with a host of friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bright-Holland Funeral Home (2601 Lamar Ave, Paris, TX 75460). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
