He is survived by: his mother Polly Ann Puetz; his uncles, Earl Wayne Chaffin and Thurman Butch Reavis; his son Rocky Allen Puetz of Kilgore, Texas; his sister Lorane Pearl Reavis (Edward "Pnut"); his nieces and nephews, Caden of Detroit, Texas, April Cokendolpher, Tina Maynard and John Hyman II; his siblings, Weldon Eugene Puetz, Randall Lee Puetz Sr. and Laura Ellen Raney; his stepsisters, Joyce Elaine Roysdon and Donna Jean Ayres; and his stepmother Joyce Nadine Puetz of Powderly, Texas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunt, uncles, and close friends.
