It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neita Faye Denison of Detroit, Texas, born in Deport, Texas, who passed away on January 8, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Phifer and Eneree Rodgers Phifer; and her brother Bobby Phifer. She is survived by: her husband Carroll Denison; her daughters, Heather Griffin (Greg) and Tiffany Phillips (Ben); and her grandchildren, Julia Wilson (Tim), Brooke Williams (Derek), Madison Oney (Daniel), Courtney Griffin (Jacob), Darby Oney, Reese Phillips, Autumn Phillips, Aubree Phillips and Jack Phillips. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requests that memorials be made to the Neita Denison Memorial Education Fund at First Federal Community Bank.
