She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph "Henry" Prather and Bess Prather; and her former husband Don. She is survived by: her sister Betty Jo Kasco; her husband P. Church; and her children, Bob Locke (Paul Smith) of Cincinnati Ohio and Nancy Peskin (Steve).
